The Third SOFF Funders Forum took place on the 27th of September 2021 with the objective of presenting the draft Terms of Reference of the Systematic Observations Financing Facility (SOFF) UN Multi-Partner Trust Fund and seek feedback. The SOFF Terms of Reference will be finalized in early October and will serve as the basis for the SOFF Pledging Forum on the 28th of October 2021.
